In Mexico we use to say "esa chica ESTA buena" (if you say "esa chica es buena" it means that she's a good person.... but if you use the verb ESTAR it means that she has a nice body that makes guys horny).
In a less sexual context, you'd say "chica guapa", "muchacha bonita"..... in Italian they'd say "bella ragazza" for "pretty girl", "belle fille" in french.
