Ive been with the dentist and had brases for years, my top teeth are futher out more and my bottom teeth are back, any exercies or anything besides braces will help this?

No. You can get a retainer or some other appliance, but no exercises. With braces and retainers your setting your teeth like you would any other bone. When you exercise, your bones don't move.

No. There are no exercises for your teeth. If there were, there wouldn't be a need for braces, right?
Braces are the only thing that will make your teeth straighter. Talk to your orthodontist---your top teeth being out further may just be the way your top jaw grew. Nothing you can do about jaw growth. But talk to him/her. Some people wear Invisiline braces on the insides of their teeth. No one would see them--they'd be behind your teeth. It might help you.

You cant exercise your teeth... thats retarded.
theres nothing you can do, just keep wearing the braces.

stop sucking your thumb, no, exercise will not straighten teeth, only braces will do that for you.
