Osgood-Schlatters is not a disease, it is a syndrome....a set of symptoms that happen often to young boys and is associated with rapid growth, skating will not hurt you or change the course of the syndrome, you simply have to finish your physical growth and it will go away. Just listen to your body, if you hurt, stop what you are doing, but don't stop living as you normally do, this time will pass.
