So... I moved about 2 years ago, and I never changed my home address on the learners permit, so what would happen to me if I get pulled over?

see I havnt been able to drive much, because the cars we had have broken down allot.

and also...mine doesnt expire untill 2010 I think... but I will have to make sure. thanks for your input.

If you do not notify the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety or your local tag agent of a name and/or address change within 10 days of the change, it could result in the suspension (or delay, in your case) of your driver's license. And what's worse is that you may not even be aware of the suspension if there is no way for the Department to notify you! (See the link below.)

Usually nothing, technically both you and the licensed driver with you ( you are required to have one in the front seat ) could both get a ticket. You are supposed to get the address changed within 10 days. I tried to look this up, but doesn't a learners permit expire after 1 yr.? If so you will both get a ticket. Why don't you just get the license? If you have been driving for 2 yr. you should be ready.
