When will Elvira Arellano be arrested? She has left her sanctuary in the church and is preaching her subversive message in Los Angeles today at an immigration rally. She is practicing and promoting insurrection. She and numerous others similarly situated commited willful and premeditated fraud by returning to the USA after having been deported and then willfully getting pregnant and having a child to fraudulently tie her to the USA. She is using her child, committing child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of minors and inciting people to disobey the laws of the land and yet she is running around free. When will the citizens of the USA get justice? Arrest Elvira and all her subversive supporters today. If she gets to Washington D.C. she should be put in stocks on the capitol steps as a warning to scofflaws across the country. I'd be the first one to put egg on her illegal immigrant face!

She wants to live in America and have all the good things that Americans have then let her suffer the consequences of her actions. The United States is a country at war. Inciting unrest and action against the government in a time of war by an American can be considered treason. The penalty for treason for an American during a time of war can be death. I wonder if she would still want to stay is she was facing that penalty.

Because she doesn't care about Mexico. She would rather try to force Calderon to try to change the Immigration laws in USA so she can come back and get all of her freebies instead of trying to put Mexico on the spot for ignoring their own people for so long. It sickens me what this woman is doing. She came here illegally, was deported. Came back, stole someone's identity (something we would be thrown in prison for!) then ran and hid like a child when she got caught. Whats even worse is, she has politicians and many us citizens approval.

I agree with you on this subject. The "crackdown" doesn't appear to apply to her, but she should definitely be detained, convicted, imprisoned for a few years and permanently deported afterwards. The government needs to fully do the job, but as long as they allow people like her to flaunt the law, their current "crackdown" is a farce. They'll get real about it only when we have an administration fully committed to removing illegal aliens. 2009 perhaps and the census takers can shut up about protecting illegals in 2010 for the census.

This act encapsulates everything that is wrong with America today. Our politicos cater to the government of Mexico and it's citizens. I cannot think of one fugitive from justice that would be allowed to roam free in this manner, unfettered and unafraid of law enforcement. These acts only embolden these criminal lawbreakers...not that they are not bold enough already.
Our politicos try to tell us that they "live in the shadows" when everyone knows they are out and about for everyone to see.
I say arrest her in the middle of her speech and if anyone tries to riot...so be it. Send in the National Guard and watch how fast they scurry back to their "shadow"

Our government has no balls on this subject, they are afraid of a few loud mouth activists that march in the streets, they let illegal criminals out of prison and they end up killing innocent American citizens like the execution of those three kids. Their are illegals standing on the street corners every day and they do nothing. This women will get away with her crimes and will not be deported, because our government officials are afraid of a few Mexicans.

Just let the woman be she is not hurting you in any way shape or form. So you should just leave her alone. I dont understand who is in danger by having her on the street. People just need to let people leave and mind their own business unless they are hurt in anyway, shape, or form.
