Ok, The other day it was chilly and raining hard. I was out in it for a while duing practice. Today I feel really cold, when it's about 90 + degrees outside and inside. I am not running any fever, my stomach does not feel bad, I don't have a headache, i'm not coughing and i don't have a runny nose. The only problem is that I feel very cold.

What is wrong with me, and what can i do to warm up?

I've tried about everything to stay warm. I cover myslef with 3 thick blankets and am still cold. Drinking hot coco worked for about 5 minuites, then i got cold again. The second i stepped out of my hot bath I felt cold. It never stops for me.

you're body temperature probably just got lowered being out in that weather for a while the other day. just wrap yourself up in blankets and make sure you replenish those calories you burned yesterday so your body has enough fuel to raise your body temp back to normal. maybe use a heating pad, take a hot shower or sit in the hot tub if you are lucky enough to have one. :)

you may not feel bad now, but you could be catching a cold or some other virus, your possibly just not feeling the symptoms yet. Try resting up alittle, with a heating pad and a couple blankets. If you begin to feel worse drink alot clear fluids and ask your local pharmacist or doctor about some cold symptom relieveing medicines.

Sometimes I feel cold for no apparent reason too.

A lot of housework (the kind requiring a lot of bending, climbing, and stretching) will warm me up, though. If all else fails, there is a hot shower and a mug of some hot drink.

Good luck!

well, you can probably start by turning up the heat inside your house or wearing more clothes to keep you warm. if that doesnt work you might want to consult a doctor. this happened to me before and they told me i had a fever inside my body which causes me to feel cold but never affects my temperature.

You don't say how old you are, but my suggestion would be to talk to your mom or dad, explain what happened and how you are feeling now. It would probably be a good idea to see a doctor in case this is something that could develop complications. Good Luck!

Have you been tested for anemia? That is low blood iron. It is a simple blood test. If you do not feel better you may want to consider a check up! Hope you warm up !
