Raised baptist... now I have no religion so yes I have changed my way of thinking. And I've been studying paganism for some time I find it very appealing to me.

I've always not believed, does that count? My parents thought they should do the right thing and give us some info on religion (I'm meaning christianity here) so we could at least let us decide for our selves if we were keen on following a religion. I never really had a desire to though. I found the idea of "god" a little too ridiculus, and after reading some of that bible my parents had (so we could investigate christianity for our selves) I was profoundly disturbed by it. For now I am perfectly happy being a non-believer.
I think if I were going to change religion (or rather in my case, take up a religion), I would probably pick something like wicca, or buddhism, or some kind of hybrid of those, and elements of others I liked the idea of. I lived with a wiccan for a while when I was at university, and I enjoyed participating in a few sabbat rituals with her. My partner is a christian though, and while he's open-minded, I don't think he's that open-minded that he'd be ok with me following that kind of path, so for now, I stick with being a non-believer.

YES!!! I was raised into Christianity, My Uncle was on the board of Southern Baptist Convention. I watched as my family seemed so fake. When I would ask "why are you doing that when the bible says not to?" My family would answer "well you see the bible has new and old rules." Then when I would find my own loop holes I was scolded and told "The bible is firm and never changes!" as I became older I searched for truth else where. Then After being in combat my desire to be forgiven drove me back to "The Christian Comfort Zone" And then I began to question the same nagging issues again. If there is a God he is not the God of the bible. And I think looking at his percentage of success with us he could hardly be perfect. During my search I study many different areas. I think I will keep changing my mind as I receive and process new information. But in the end it is still just a educated Guess.

Sort of believed in God when younger as told that was how the world came to be. Was not tought anything else. Then when older, able to challenge all the things told about God then thought it was the funniest excuss for the exsistance of Man I'd ever heard so then became an atheist.

Since I was six, I've believed that the faith my family belonged to was wrong for me. So, yes, I changed my way of thinking regarding religion.

My beliefs have always been that of Christianity. However, I have changed some of the things that I believe. I don't believe most of the harsh, screaming messages that I heard as a child. I believe that God is love. Jesus didn't force anyone to follow him.

I have tried to change my way of thinking and believing endless times. I even tried real hard not to believe. I used to make fun of what I believed. But in the end, I believe what I believe. I am so glad Jesus puts up with my stupidity.

Yes- I am 56 years old and have changed my thinking abbout religion many times. I started out as a Lutheran and became an agnostic. Now, I believe that Deepak Chopra has some great ideas about what and who we are. Here's a video about religion that is startling:

But don't stop there- please read a short book called "Sidddhartha" to get some great ideas about what it is to be a human.

I was brainwashed from birth to be a catholic. After growing up, I discovered what a vile and despicable religion this is, and how all religions are, so I became Agnostic, and the more I learn about life, the more Atheistic I become.
