Can I just say i never got the tickets?

You are still required to either plead guilty before your arraignment and pay the fine, or appear for your arraignment and plead guilty, not guilty, or no contest, and await your trial. The officer signed the affidavit (citation), which is all that is legally required. His signature verifies that he is filing charges against you on behalf of the city, county, and/or state in which the alleged infraction occurred. You signing the citation implies you are promising to appear at your arraignment, but signing is not necessary. He could have arrested you and had you post bail. Count your lucky stars that he did not. Good luck.

You can try but when the officer testifies then pulls out a video tape of the traffic stop where he hands you the tickets you will look like a fool and a liar. You will also piss the judge off off to the point that he may even start adding other surcharges (I think NJ has a few hundred dollars worth of surcharges the judge can tack on) and charge you with perjury.

GET REAL! Those tickets are for real and yes, you do have to pay them. If you choose to ignore them you will have a warrant issued out for your arrest and the next time you get picked up you will be thrown in jail. Do what a smart citizen would do - pay the tickets and move on!

You don't have to pay any ticket, you also don't have to drive. I suggest you decide which one is more important. In Colorado and probably most other states it is not required that you sign the ticket for it to be valid.

You know you got the tickets and you know you were speeding and deserved the tickets.
Do the responsible thing and pay the tickets and slow down!

some states do not have you sign.
