Blood shot eyes?

2 days ago, I noticed my dog's eyes were blood shoot. They're bright red and her eyes are croossed just going the other way. She still is as active as she always is and is fine mentally. She lives outside with my horses in a really big area. Should I take her to the vet or is it just an at home cure?

I think your dog might have an eye infection. You should take her to the vet.

Check it with your vet, as it could be something serious.
