I think she's got such an odd looking face that she looks as though she's forty-something instead of twenty-whatever ! ! !

She has a birth mark which runs up to the top of her hair,I think she has the blonde highlights to make it less noticeable.

I thinks she's got a pigment in her skin and that's also what gives her her white streak at the front of her hair, that or she's run out of fake tan!

Seems like a pigmentation problem. If you notice her hair is very light in that area too.
