Has a stomach virus .I can assure you very green stool always means stomach ache even when there is no fever or diarrhea. Once you break the fever everything else will begin to get back to normal. The fever could be upsetting his stomach too. Also never give dairy to a child with fever it has a chance to sour only adding to the problem ,clear cool liquids only ands lots of them because fever also causes dehydration so watch his lips to make sure they stay the right color and moist. Dry pale lips mean dehydration another serious problem.

How do you know he's not dehydrated?
You need to get him to the Emergency room as soon as possible. Has he lost weight?
My son had ecoli and the Dr. did not believe me that he had lost 10 pounds in 2 days. With vomiting and diaria, you become dehydrated and loose weight very quickly.
He got sick Sunday night exactley 24 hrs. of consumption from a Taco Bell in Nags Head, NC. Saturday night (A steak barrito) I took him to the Dr. on Tuesday, (he wouldn't let me take him on monday, since it had just started sunday night) he was also 13 yrs. old and stubborn!
They weighed him on Tuesday only "looked at him". and told me to bring him back in on Wednesday morning at 9am. Well he'd lost another 5 pounds DOCUMENTED by the dr.s office just overnight. They FiNALLY ran his blood work and only found his white blood count was severley low, however they contacted the hospital for me and told me to get him there now, they were waiting on me.
It was a terrible case of ECOLI and the Dr. who found it, came into the room and said he wanted to meet my son and tell him how lucky he was to be alive.
I am so sorry I could not give them the exact location of that TACO BELL because it was my first time there and TB was over 20 miles from where we were staying.
Thank God the rest of the kids had an all Cheese Pizza from Pizza Hut.
I don't mean to scare you, but you need to take your 6 year old and these matters into your own hands. If the doctors office will not do anything.....Get him to the hospital now, if you haven't already. do not wait for any more replies...Just do it and good luck

I know you have done everything. And I understand how you feel. I'm so sorry people jumped on you. Did the doctors do everything? Did they get a complete blood count and fecal smear to test for bacteria? It does sound like ecoli. Hopefully the antibiotic will help. If not, sometimes moms just have to be the advocate and start making some demands on the doctor. They might not like it but you are Mom. You have a right to be worried.
I hope your baby improves today.

Call 911, with a high fever children can have what's called a febrile seizure. Better safe than sorry. Depending on the age of the child the child could even be septic which can be fatal. Like I said call 911 right now!

I would go to the ER. Diarrhea can dehydrate the body quickly if they keep going. Fever for 5 days shows child is definitely sick.

Green poop normally is from what they ate or drank or that the food is passing thru the intestines too fast as with diarrhea.
Having a fever for that length of time is not ok and you should consult a doctor today!

Infection and it could be food poisoning. No dairy products, distilled water, a banana. Whatever the child has come in contact with, his/her body is trying to reject it and repair its self. No fried foods until this is resolved. Feed your child lots of fresh veggies and fruits and some protein during this time being sure to carefully wash everything. It sounds like your child has ecoli which is a bacterial infection.

Uhh yea, that means you you should have already called the pediatrician instead of asking a bunch of non-experts here.
I would add more based on my expertise but I want you to pick up the phone instead.
