Even though Almighty God created both male and female, He has no gender. Neither gender is superior to the other.

When we talk about the family of man in Scripture, we're not talking about the family of human males. In the words "man", "mankind", "human", "humanity", "humankind" (if there is such a word), "man" is the common word in all of them. Women, as well as men, make up the human race. Therefore, masculine pronouns are used to denote inclusiveness. Feminine pronouns denote exclusiveness. This does not mean that masculine pronouns are superior to feminine pronouns.

No man should get the bogus idea that because he is male, he is closer to Almighty God than a woman. He doesn't belong to the "chosen gender". Almighty God created both women and men from the same human essence. They are each other's human, intellectual, social, and spiritual equals. Not superior. Not inferior. Equal.

This is an often asked question.
If God was male then that would imply there must also be a Goddess
God is a spiritual being so I feel God has no sex
In the bible God is called our father but this is because we are Gods children and wants to be looked on as a fatherly figure
I feel however it is an unimportant subject as it is the message in the bible that is important.

Made in the image of God, has nothing to do with gender. God has no gender.
We being made in the image of God means, We are body, soul and spirit. We have reason and morality ( a conscience).

God has no body, he is a Spirit, so because Adam was a man, that has nothing to do with what God looks like.
Image in this case, is not talking about the physical, what we look like, image here is talking about our mind or soul and our spirit, which is dead at birth, but God quickens it when we accept Christ and are reborn and made alive unto God.
Made in God's image has nothing to do with the physical realm.

Um...my Bible says that both man and woman come from GOD. I never have nor ever will be subservient to a man. It also says all things come from GOD. My higher power has no sexual identification label as we ever so commonly and complacently place upon things. My GOD is, always has been, and always will be. My GOD can not be defined in earthly terms.

"Powers" don't have gender. Neither do pure spirits. God is a pure spirit, and therefore has no gender. Nevertheless He has chosen to reveal Himself to us in the image of "Father". Therefore we refer to Him using male pronouns, even though He is not actually male, because we don't have pronouns to refer to a living person who is neither male nor female.

When I think about it, I like to picture the higher power as Milla Jovovich, the 5th Element, the supreme being. Leelu Dallas Multipass.
