i'm a freshman in highskool.
do you think i could go out with a junior?
he likes me and i like him, but is that awkward.
i'm not that experienced with guys, and he's a typical highskooler.
advice!?
he might be my first bf because all the other ppl. that asked me out weren't guys i liked.

as long as you're not dating out of your league (maturity, interests, sexual desires), there is no reason to be concerned with his age. you're talking about two years, and even though that's a big step in high school, it's nothing to worry about. as long as the two of you are on the same page, seeking the same things emotionally, and you go into this with your eyes open, I see no reason to be concerned. remember, though, that boys of this age generally have a thing about having sex. if you're not ready, tell him so if he pushes the issue. other than that, enjoy yourself, and have fun with your first boyfriend. good luck!

Take a chance...My Mom's older than my dad by 2 years and they been married for 25 yrs. Age is just a number that's why I lie about my age all the time and say that I'm 19 instead of 22!

Yeah. I dated a guy 6 years older than I for 3 years when I was in highschool. I am now married to a different guy that is 5 years older than I. If it works out it doesn't matter. If he is to experienced for you. Tell him you would not like to move so fast. If he doesn't respect that then dont bother with him.

suree its fine, but you know that all he wants is to get into ur pants. so be prepared to say nooo when the time comes. but go for it anyways.
