i find if i leave it the skin will all slough off and then it will hurt like heck, so i sterilize a needle in alcohol and slide it in the side of the blister to drain the fluid, leaving the skin over it and that works for me...........good luck

if possible it is best to leave it dry up on its own =if not, then poke a needle in the side of it to let the fluid out ,but don't pull the skin off
