Most cars, since around the 1940s are equipped with a piece of equipment that measures speed. It is called a speedometer. It actually lets you know how fast the auto is traveling. All you have to do is read the signs on the road, an.d then stay at or below those limits and you won't get a ticket.
It's really cool. Check around on your dash - I bet you have one.

Here's a thought. When I have someone stopped and I am thinking warning or a ticket, guess which way I am going if there is a RADAR detector? And please don't try to hide the thing because we know its there when the front bumper hits the pavement at the same time the RADAR is turned on. So unless you can move your foot from the gas to the brake faster than the speed of light by the time the detector goes off you are probably already locked in.

D squared said "There are license plate covers that supposedly bounce radar off your vehicle."
"Supposedly" is the key word since when an officer is running radar he gets your whole car and not just your tag. Some officers can run radar from the front AND back of their vehicles!
Don't go with the flow if it means you are speeding, because if you are the one who gets the blue lights, then you get the ticket. It doesn't matter what everyone else is doing.
Officers are also trained to pace clock. That means even if they do not have a radar unit in their car, they can follow you with out gaining or losing any distance and determine your speed.
It's best to follow the speed limits and laws. We have them for a reason.

Here's an idea.........obey the freakin' law you idiot ! Don't speed and don't drive like a crackhead. There's is no errand worth killing yourself or someone else over, I work at a trauma center and see people badly injured or dead who were either guilty of driving too fast or were vicitms of people who were in too much of a hurry. Please be careful, and don't think it won't happen to you, because I'm sure the trauma patients we see were thinkin' the same thing and in some cases it was the LAST thought that crossed their minds....
Oh and by the way, my husband is a cop, and I can tell you that all those gadgets the person above mentions don't work , and if a cop notices you have done things to try and prevent getting caught speeding he might think you are up to other things and really delay you because then comes the drug search and sobriety tests.......Save yourself the time, effort and worry about getting pulled over and just obey the law.

The obvious thing would be to not speed. However, if you are serious about this there are several products available. There are license plate covers that supposedly bounce radar off your vehicle. There's also a spray you can use on your plates. It prevents your plates from having a clear picture taken by a red light camera. I have seen these on E bay. Check an auto supply store they might carry this stuff.

Ok, try this.
While driving along, lift your right foot off the accelerator just enough to go the speed limit on the road you're on.
It's an inexpensive device and 100% foolproof (depending on the fool, of course).

If you go with the flow, even if it is above the posted limit, you should be ok. A lot safer too.
If you live in a big City, chances are you do not have many opportunities to break the limit anyway.

Drive the speed limit and you will never get a speeding ticket. Follow the law-don't try to find ways around it.
