Yes, this is serious. Anytime someone has a deleted history, especially a childhood, that is very serious.
What does it mean? Usually there is something the brain has found to be so terrible, it "forgets" to protect itself. Don't let this scare you though, the fact that you are questioning it now it good. That means you are ready to deal with the past, which can no longer hurt you.
I strongly suggest you seek out a good counselor, one that has experience with this to help you work through whatever is in your past.
Another explanation is that you've had some sort of brain injury that deleted some of your past.

I don't remember a lot from my childhood either, nor do I want to remember it. Because I had Asperger's and always did things different from other people and never really fitting in, I was teased a lot. However I'm glad when I got to college, because I got to make lots of friends and everyone likes me for who I really am. I was always teased in school and I don't think I ever want to remember such a time in my life.

It may be that you suffered through a number of traumatic experiences as a child ... maybe you were in an accident, or have long term memory loss.
In any case, I suggest you seek the help of a professional.
Talk to your doctor about a referral.

I'm 35 and I don't remember much of my childhood. Which is fortunate because when I really sit there and think about how much time I spent alone and not with friends, it's pretty depressing.

In your last question you were seeing dead people... now this. I think you are just a wierd kid who is sitting at your computer trying to dream up garbage to put on here...
Oh yeah - you still need to back way far away from the weed man...

well, that sounds bad, but it could be worse. i have an imaginary friend who tells me to kill people. he hasnt talked tome in a few days, though. maybe hes on vacation. i may have schizophrenia. you, on the other hand, just have either memory problems or a vivid imagination (i see dead pipol)
