Tea. It has more antioxidants than coffee and it offers greater protection against cancer, heart disease, and osteoporosis than coffee.
There may be increased risks for high blood pressure from coffee consumption. And I think coffee stains teeth worse than tea does.

Coffee ,Tea both contain Caffeine---I have no problem with coffee-but for me tea induces more HCl production in my stomach and results in pain and un-easiness.
