Being a home health aid is a lot of hard work for not much money. It all depends on how ill or disabled your client is. You will probably have to fix meals, be sure medication is taken and help with any physical therapy the client needs. In addition, you may have to help an elderly or very disabled client with hygiene and other bathroom functions. I don't know about doing dishes and other household tasks, but that might be expected in some small capacity as well.
