I think you should of call the police but you can do something else that can be better get a friend of you dress him as a cop for that time with a flash light and mean to give them a warn.
or if you know any police that could do you this favor.

I know you don't want to get the police involved; it's a friend's kid. But, at this point (considering he's been warned several times by both you and his parents) it sounds like that's the best option.

Give him one last warning, and let him know that because he continually disregards your warnings, you will need to call the police next time, as you can think of no other solution (also let his parents know that you will be calling the police next time).

If he has that much disrespect for you and his parents, getting picked up by the police would teach him a valuable life lesson. You don't have to end up pressing any charges (this time), but if he knows that you're serious on your threat, and he actually gets arrested, it will give him something to think about. The next person he takes advantage of may actually follow through with the charges, and I suggest you do too if he continues to use your pool.

Get some motion detection devices, like the lights that come on so the pool area will light up like day light when they come in or a pool alarm that will go off when the water moves. That might scare them off for awhile. But the best way would be to tell him that you are getting tired of it and the next time you are calling the police and reporting prowlers and let the police catch them in the act. You won't have to press charges, just scare him into not doing it cause talking is not working. It is up to his parent to handle this on their end and they are not doing a good job so you might have to bring the police in to stop it cause like another poster said even if you have the pool area locked and he is trespassing and gets hurt you will still be libel.

It's obvious the boy is not listening to either you or his parents. He knows you guys don't want to bring the police into it, which is why he keeps doing it. You and his parents have laid down a boundary, but the boy knows that he can keep crossing it and nothing will happen.

Have you tried locking the door or putting new locks on the door of your pool house? If he can't get in, there's not much a problem. Have his parents tried taking away privileges if he trespasses on your property again? Often, the threat of taking away a car, TV, games, allowance, free time, etc., can work wonders.

If these things do not work, you may have to get the police involved. If the boy and any of his girlfriends get hurt while on your property, guess who's responsible? And don't think his parents wouldn't hesitate to get the police and, even worse, lawyers involved. You have to protect yourself.

Call the police..If he or the other person were to have an accident you will be liable..Also in most states it's a law to have a fence around your pool or yard that has to be locked in order to prove you tried to keep intruders out..If you have already warned this boy and his parents then call the cops next time and do press charges, otherwise he will just do it again.

I don't know the answer to your question. I'm sixteen and I think that's disgusting.

My best answer to your question would be to hang out by your pool for a couple days around the time they normally come. They won't be able to come and might go find a new place. If they keep coming back after that, wait inside for them to come. When they come, have a bunch of people (your friends) come out and act really strange. Repeat until they are gone for good.

Locking your pool house might help, but it also sounds like now is the time to call the police. It's much better for him to learn his lesson now than get in bigger trouble later because he's used to getting away with things.

(I feel sorry for his parents.)

Put a alarm in your pool that will blare loudly anytime someone disturbs the water. If that doesn't scare them off, call the police. They'll get arrested for indecent exposure, and trespassing and never do it again.

Bring the police into the matter and give him a lesson in not to invade on peoples lifes. What actually happens is that you're Iraq, and he is Bush. He need to learn not to treat other peoples properties as his own.
