If you have access to someone's car, turn on every switch you can find, windscreen wipers, point the blowers at the drivers face, leave the stereo on full. When they start the car, watch the fun! Someone did this to me once. It was funny.

At work, swap 2 colleagues monitor cables around or swap them with yours so u can control what messages they see. Watch the confusion!

Glue a coin to the floor

Tell someone you're going to do an amazing magic trick. Get them to place their hands face down on the table, then place 2 full glasses on the backs of their hands. They will be stuck. They won't be able to move without making a big mess.

Put some chopped marshmallows in a glass of milk for someone and watch their face when the lumpy milk hits their lips!

Staple a bunch of plastic cups together and place on a desk, next to someone's bed or another interesting place, and fill them all up with water
