There are several PDF to Word converters on the market.
I would recommend downloading trial versions of programs such as Solid Converter PDF, Cute PDF, etc and try them out and see which ones meet your needs.

Only way I know is to buy one of the off-the-shelf programs that converts pdf to doc format. An alternative is to print the pdf file and scan the documents into word using ocr.

As far as I know you can't convert.
What I do though is open the pdf in Acrobat, select all the contents and copy them into a Word document then save it.
