start by reading the bible and going to church maybe a couple of different Church's and if your still sincere about it you'll know what to do next.

Hello, friend. This is not bad decision to become Christian. God loves you and waited for you for a long time. He will gladly accept you and forgive your sins, He promised it. Don't think how many thing you are obliged to fulfill. God will not give you a burden you can't bear. God wants so that you was with Him and learned from Him. Jesus will always help you, He will bring you to a better life. He will be blessing you gladly if you will be doing deeds pleasing God. So that to know everything you ought to read the Gospel by yourself. You will find out yourself what to do, how to act or behave. Good luck.

Paul tells how to become a Christian, James goes more into the detail about how to go from there once we are already saved.
Join in the good church, I chose non-denominational Christian church.
Study His Word, and engage Bible study activities and home groups. God talks through His Word.
Have a prayer life. Leave everything to Him, He will take care of you. : )
Spend time with mature Christians. Read also other Christian material. I recommend "Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren..and some of Lee Strobel's books of faith and creation and Jesus Christ as a historical figure. : )
