I used Cucucsoft video & movie converter (trial version), conversion and upload were successful but?

when I play there's only sound and no images. What could be wrong?

This is to get you to purchase the software they de activate all the trial version software so as to not completely work.
If you are trying to copy Commercial DVD Movies then go to Google and don't fool with some obscure software NOBODY EVER HEARD OF.

May be the trial version only plays sound rather than images.
