A man accused of stepping on the throat of a 15-year-old girl -- strangling her -- had disclosed nine months earlier after pleading guilty to drunken driving -- he was NOT a U.S. citizen.
But Alejandro Rivera Gamboa was released without anyone notifying immigration authorities.
Dani Countryman was from Texas and visiting her older sister in Milwaukie.
Rivera Gamboa and his cousin Gilberto Javier Arellano Gamboa are charged with aggravated murder, attempted rape and atempted sexual abuse.
Arellano Gamboa is also in the country illegally, but does not have a previous criminal record.

It's truly a disgrace what our government is allowing. Not to mention recently in NJ four black students were lined up against a wall and summarily murdered by a bullet to the back of the head (one survived) by an illegal alien.
I still haven't heard any outrage over this, not even by the "black" leader, Al Sharpton, who apparently finds it more offensive for a white man to use the phrase "nappy headed ho" than for an illegal alien to murder three black college students.
But don't worry, just vote for Hiliary and all will be well
As a point of reference, more Americans are killed by illegal aliens each year than US soldiers who are killed in Iraq. Just to keep things in perspective for all you libs who don't know there is a war against our way of life going on.

Here is another example. If our government was allowed to do it's job, if ICE was allowed to do it's job, this young lady would be alive today. Why are we not deporting illegals as soon as they are discovered? This is just sick. I have posted this many times, but it still rings true. If they had no regard for our laws by sneaking into the country in the first place instead of coming in through the proper channels what other laws will they break? They have nothing to lose, so they go off and pretty much do what they want (I know not all illegals are like that, but there are quite a few that are.) There are many that have come in illegally that are here causing problems, not trying to make a better life for themselves. Let the government do what they are supposed to and deport them, and get rid of all the sanctuary policies that are killing this country.

Because the media, consistently in opinion surveys, is over 80% liberal. And they are sympatheitic to illegals.
That's why, similarly, they give maximum natiowide coverage to the very occasional killing of a black man, or gay man, by whites.
There's this image they like to project of white racism toward minorities.
When the truth is, according to U.S. Justice Department crime statistics, hate crimes, robberies, murders and rapes of whites by blacks occur at a ratio of 50-to-1.
But liberals in the media deliberately suppress coverage of black-on-white crime, to give the reverse impression.
Regarding illegals committing crimes in the U.S., many "sanctuary cities" have laws that public employees can't arrest illegals, or even report them to federal immigration, or they would be guilty of a crime.
It's insane.

Well the problem is most people don't report suspected illegals and our own authorities don't report them either. People complain but stand idle confused of what is the right thing to do, will god punish me if I report am I a Nazi if I report. So we leave it up to our government knowing that companies are lobbing for the cheep labor, complaining no US citizens want these jobs. So the status quo will remain unless we stand and tell our government we don't need illegals in this country and we are will to do a honest day work in return for fair pay

It is a national disgrace! Those governors and mayors who support "sanctuary policies" for illegal alien criminals are responsible for thousands of major crimes every year, including rape, child molestation, assault and murder. Frost Woolridege has written many articles and a book about the topic.

Deckape: I have to disagree with your comment that people dont report illegals. I have several times when I was in law enforcement. We had a mexican national that we believed had murdered a woman, but were unable to get enough evidence to get a conviction. I contacted INS in Salt Lake City and tried to get him deported, but they advised that they didnt have the resources to come get him. We let him go. luckly, ICE raided his place of employment and they sent him back to mexico. We have to do something about all of these illegals. Our country cant sustain this many people. Especially when they are using our welfare services the way the illegals are.

it's sick, if an American would have done that we would get the death penalty, why can't they have the same thing? because they are illegal means sh!t. they want rights then give to him. i as a mother cried when i read that story, i would have to really hurt someone for hurting my girl. just sick. that's when you know Satan is in their soul.
i am talking about anyone who hurts a child.
one more thing, i was watching cable news last night, fox, they said ice does on reports. and as long as we don't report they can't do much. we must start reporting illegals, and that goes for white skinned illegals to.
