I'm wondering about your oral hydration...are you drinking?

Tachycardia might be a symptiom (even erratic) of dehydration as the body tries to compensate for decreased loss of volume by increasing the pumps (hearts) rate.

The erratic heart rate might also be tied into a deficiency of an electrolyte. For example if you are drinking only one type of beverage like water, that in itself could be you problem.

Just try have a regular healthy diet, and see a physician for your heart rate if you are concerned as I can think of a dozen questions I'd like to ask you that would affect my answer.
