'with all my love' is correct, but 'avec tout mon amour' sounds wrong to me. 'De tout mon coeur' maybe (with all my heart)... I mean technically there's nothing wrong with it but it doesn't sound very french ^^ so I hope that helps

Amour is masculine, so I think it should be "avec tout mon amour".
I mostly drink $10 Swiss wines.
