Copy this patcher to your installed directory and run it from there to remove the activation.?

I'm trying to install software that I downloaded from torrent, but I'm stuck on the following step: "Copy this patcher to your installed directory and run it from there to remove the activation."

Could someone please explain to me how to do this?

What this means is you click on the start icon bottom left and when it opens click my computer and when it opens click Local disk C and then select Program Files Then you will need to search for the Folder from Torrent and drag the download into that folder, You may have to search through each folder in the Torrent folder to find the directoryand then drag the patch into that folder and double click it to activate it.
