I have a friend who created 3 or 4 split personalities due to post traumatic stress.

One deals with anger, sadness, and all negative emotions, to cope the pain he feels. He likes to put all his pain on this personality. He refers to this Persona as a demon known as Hina. Hina is suicidal.

The second one is a normal everyday one he uses a lot of the time, normal young adult, happy, goofs around with friends.

Now a third one is a girl persona - this one is nameless. She said she's in love with a man, but I am concerned what this could do psycholically to him since they are dating. What should I do?

The 4th one is a even darker side than Hina, believes himself to be a God, believes mankind must die. Likes to Laugh Maniacally while cutting himself, this one is also nameless.

I am concerned, what should I do?

See dissociative personality disorder (the new name) at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 17: print/refer him when in "normal" sub-personality. Encourage him to seek therapy, or at least use the "conferencing" method, so that those sub-personalities can see if they will agree to work towards reintegration into a "monomind". Keep reposting this question, until Opester, a therapist with expertise in this area, answers. If you run short of points to do this, I'll do it for you, and email you the results: email me, through my profile.

Does he realized that he has different personalities in him, or is it like every peronality is a 'different person' meaning that he doesnt know what he did when he's Hina, and Hina doesnt know what his God form did. If he doesnt realize he has 4 different personalities, then you should seek for perfessional help. If he does then i think you should still be able to help him. I'm not sure how though, sorry.
You should ask a profession on what to do first if you want to help him, you should first try helping him on your own first because bringing in to a pychologist or something will freak him out and might make him believe that you are betraying him, thinking he is dangerous or crazy.

this is a horrible situation to be in..when you see someone you care about, and they can't really see that there is a problem...getting them to a doctor, is almost impossible...I am dealing with a friend like this right now, and it is like Dr. Jekyl, and Mr. Hyde..it is so sad, and this person thinks I am lying and calls me the phsyco..and that couldn't be further from the truth..I am concerned this person has commited a heinous crime, because of the friends they keep..and I will blame the so called friends,..because this person is truly mentally ill...insane, to be exact...So, what you need to do, is contact the proper athorities and / a private investigator if you can,or talk to a mental health specialist for some guidance..I just pray a lot
