Having doubts and asking questions is a sign of intelligence. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. I believe in God, but I don't believe the Bible is 100% literally true...nor do I believe it was ever intended to be seen as such. Apparently that makes me a bit of a rarity, but hey. That's me. You'll notice that most faiths have very similar cores...love each other, take care of each other, etc. I don't see how you can go wrong with the "Do unto others" mentality. I honestly believe that if you live well, everything will take care of itself in the afterlife.

No. whether it's doubt about religion or anything else, its just normal human behaviour to have these kinds of thoughts.
Although, that said, you need to believe in the things that feel "right" to you. Maybe read some books on other religions & gods. It may help you decide if you are believing in what is right for you.

No, it is not morally wrong to have doubts about something you have never witnessed nor experienced just as it is not wrong to believe in something you have not witnessed nor experienced. It just means that you have pre-judged its existence i.e. you have either denied or affirmed it without evidence. Both belief and non belief will not get you very far, and, as with most things you will need to do some research into what the various religions mean by 'God' and proceed from there e.g. there are about 12 different Hebrew words in the Old Testament all with different meanings but all translated as 'God' in English.

Well, Thomas had doubts regarding the resurrection of Christ, Peter also had doubts whether he could walk in water with Christ. Some of us have doubts as to our faith sometimes but the good thing is, Christ is there to pick us up when we are sinking like Peter. Christ is there when Thomas is about to give up his belief. Though Christ may not manifest to us in the flesh in this present time, He is still present through His Scriptures. We are believing in a living God. Study his Words rightly divided (2 Tim. 2:15)... so you would be comforted.
Having doubts gives you an opportunity to learn more and explore...

If you were 100% certain, you'd obviously have no doubts about your faith. The only way to put your doubts to rest is to put your beliefs to the test. I know it's hard, but I suggest doing some research into Christianity's origins, its past, its present activities in the world, and don't shy away from 'anti-Christian' information either. The way I see it, if something is 100% true, your faith will only be strengthened by doing some serious studying. On the other hand, if your beliefs turn out to be unfounded on much of anything but myth, heresay, etc., then what have you honestly lost by finding that out?
All the best to you in your search for the truth. :)

No - questioning is good. Thinking for yourself is good. I turned pagan from Southern Baptist. The bible helped me with my decision. Matt 13:13 book of Acts: god is not an any temple created by mans hands. Ask god to show you the path. He/She does help.

I don't think it is wrong, but I'd say maybe your faith needs a little strengthening, by acquiring accurate knowledge of Truth from His word, the Bible, by applying this Truth to your daily life, and by helping spread the good news of His Kingdom..
