I'm wanting to design my bedroom like, old hollywood style -- vintage, 1920s type things. but i've searched high and low on the internet, and can't find any decent pics. know where i can find some inspiration?? (besides old movies, thanks.)

the style is called "art deco" and it lasted up until WW ll. look up old magazines like LOOK and LIFE from that time period. old movie magazines have lots of pictures. i really enjoy art deco and art nouveau styles also.

Try sites like William Morris or Arts & Crafts Movement. I know because I live in an A & C house built in 1920 ,complete with the hearts cut into the bannisters, and the stairs NOT running down to the front door.
