Oh you're so cute! I love Hatty Potter books and I think you will too! As for how long it takes, everyone reads at a different pace so it depends. I will tell you this though, you wont be thinking about how long it will take you to finish it because you will be too busy enjoying them. They are so good that they are hard to put down!!! Enjoy sweetie!!!

It depends on the person. Some people take weeks, some take only hours. It also depends which book in the series you read. The first book was pretty short and I finished it in just a few hours, but some of the later books in the series are pretty long and took me a few days.
You might ask your mother if she would allow you to listen to the audiobooks instead. I'm allowed to have an mp3 player at work and I usually listen to books instead of music. The Harry Potter audiobooks were very well done and you and your mother could listen to them together.

Well that depends how fast and how good at reading you are.
I read the latest one in one and a half days (Sun lunch time until Mon evening), and I had school and stuff.
But maybe you should try to aim for 1 - 2 hours a day and maybe finishing in about a week to two weeks, I dunno, I can't remember how fast I was at reading at eight.
Its quite a big book with hard words, but what do I know, you're probably a wizz-kid
Good luck with it!!
I heart potter

Hi! It really depends on how fast you read, for example my best friend can read the biggest one in a day, whereas it takes me about a week. It took my brother half a year! If you think you can do it then give it a go! Anyway, it doesnt matter how long it takes because these bookes are totally worth it! I have read them three times! Have fun! =]

It really quite depends on how well of a reader you are and how long it will take *you* to read a 500-800 page book

obviously it depends on each individual!
the latest book 'deathly hallows' was finished in one day by many people who wanted to rush it! personally i took a few weeks of light reading to enjoy it.
