Christians, who are always getting heat about the crusades, the inquisition, witch hunts, etc would start it all up again. Would it then be that non-believers would be like..."Man, I thought we had it bad when they were comming door to door just talking..now they're coming door to door killing us!!!"

I don't think, Christian nor other, realize how peaceful(except for the phelps family) we really have it now. When a Christian can live next door to a Muslim or a Jew, Hindu, etc...and not have some major fight going on. When a non-believer has the same privilages as the majority...

In no way am I advocating the murder and stuff...but just think about it. You think you have it bad now, but do you realize how bad it could be?

Lol at Mercury...yes that would make them leave quickly!

I didn't want to say "do you know how bad it WILL be" because then people would be like "oh so are you saying Christians are gonna start killing us?" When that's not what I wanted to get across.

true true,
very!! true.

they still have a tremendous hold on the government (ask bush) and that greatly effects our lives more than the door to door folks.
I invite them in and try to convert them to satanism. They usually leave pretty quick.

Another 4 years of someone like Bush, the religious right, and one more right wing appointee to the Supreme court and it will become very bad. keep tearing down the separation of church and state, more of the bill of rights and 4th amendment issues such as illegal wiretapping and the elimination of habeus corpus, the overturning of Roe Vs. Wade as coat hanger stock soars, all to achieve your narrow-minded self-serving agenda, it will become very bad.

Separation of church and state is why a Muslim, Jew, Hindu or so called Christian can live next door to a real Christian. People like Dobbs would lead this country into another divided Iraq.

Bush and his faith based "calling" and his incompetent appointments of people from the Pat Robertson clown college is bringing a quick end to this peace you speak of.

This country is founded on protest. Crazy people running through the streets throwing tea around and demanding their freedom. How much longer do you think were going to put up with it while your immoral group tries to gain even more control of our rights?

I don't think Christians have the fanaticism that they once had during the Dark Ages. If zealots started burning atheists at the stake, I think most liberal Christians would take a stand. Also, remember that there's plenty of nuclear warheads around and I'll bet that a lot of the smarty-pants scientists and engineers who work with them are atheists who won't take kindly to being burned at the stake...

The reason all of that stopped is because we realize how un-Christlike it was. And they realize that THAT behavior is not what is going to convey the message of Christ. And they believe that the soul of one who denies Christ's salvation is condemned to hell, so they don't want to kill the person without giving them every chance they can.

Do YOU realize? Christianity is quickly being out numbered and the only one causing problems for people that dont live in the midwest or date their cousins, other religions also hate you, so, my friend, it's us tolerating you. "When a moron that believes in the cloud man with the big book has rights and is not in a mental institution . . . "

All those so call crusades were the work of satan using the name of God.
God says, thy shall not kill. say it again,... thy shall not kill.

Satan is the god of this world, and he is constantly in your mind, telling you bad things to do, we have to not give in to those evil thoughts, pray to God for strength.

It's not how bad it could be, but how bad it's going to get.
