no, bribery and strong-arm tactics are not effective in the international community. those are exclusive to chicago and washington, d.c. and america's agenda means little to organizations like the ioc. the best city got the bid. everyone in the WORLD should have a chance to host the olympics. sorry, that is just how it goes.
