Yes, of course ..... Positive + Negative = Negative ..... meaning, a person who say he lies cannot be speaking the truth.
For example, If you never tell a lie before and you said you lie, you had just lied. If you are always telling lies and you said you lie, you did not lie when you say you lie.
Therefore either way, you lied.

No. Because that provides me with the option of saying that you are lying in this single instance, but that some of the things you tell me are the truth. It also eliminates the paradox that for some reason robots can't seem to figure out.
