Impossible to say, as all women are different, blunt is good if you mean honest, blasay (blase?) not really, a bit too indifferent I think, cocky is sometimes cute and funny, shy can be intriguing, brutish, not a good idea....but suave is often a safe bet, suave and sophisticated.

Dude, I've gotten more cocky approaches than most... those are the most annoying, but the ones that I usually laugh at :P My boyfriend approached me with a mix of cocky and blunt
