My cat skit recently has shown some oddness to her eyes. When the pupils become large, like when she's playful, the right pupil is oval shaped but the right is perfectly round. Does this sound neurological to you, or is it just because she got something in it the other day. Should I take her to a vet? The eye doesn't bother her anymore and if it's neurological we can't afford to treat it.

Your vet will be able to tell you. A differently-shaped pupil certainly could be a sign of brain damage -- perhaps your cat had a stroke? After the vet diagnoses the problem he/she can tell you what your options are.

maybe it might be birth defect ( not likely) or she is more alert when moving around more
