I think 128 lbs. is definitely not overweight or too fat. Are your muscles toned? I would worry more about toning and building muscle than about losing weight. You might even gain some weight if you did that because muscle weighs a little more than fat. Stay healthy!

That weight is actually alittle too skinny. However, in the medical world, they go by your age and height to determine your ideal weight. But most people, their body frame type should be taken into consideration as well.

It depends on how the weight is distributed. Sounds good to me but if you have no muscle mass, then it would depend upon that. Without a photo it would be impossible to predict, however the height and weight seems to be a good combination.

You should ask a doctor, who will determine from your activity level and factors like your height, what your proper weight should be. It also helps to eat healthy and be active. Your weight is not too much for your height.

My husband is 6'2" and weighs about 127 so the guy that you're talking about is probably average.

Are you insane? If your 128 lbs. you're DEFENITELY not too fat, you should be more worried about being too skinny. eat some ham. or bacon. same thing.
