AM i THE ONLY PERSON ON HERE WHO BELIEVES IN GOD?

Question

It seems like every time a question about God is asked, me or like 2 other people are the only ones standing up for God! Who else loves God like I do? Is this a yahoo full of atheists or what? Well I will continue to stand up for what I believe in even if im the only one standing. God saved me, and im pretty darn thankful for that! WHO ELSE BELIEVES IN GOD? If theres any smart asses who are just confused and following their own path, please dont respond. GOD FEARING PEOPLE ONLY. Thanks. =)

And NO, im not saying im perfect and im not saying you have to be perfect to be part of Go'd kingdom. What im saying is, God has done so many great things for me and im sure he has done great things for other, so why does it seem that there are only a few people thanking Him for it? It just upsets me sometimes when I see people insulting him because im so close to God and it hurts me just like it hurts Him when people say mean things! Thats how you know atheists are really dreadful inside, because they are always MEAN and RUDE and whenever someone stand up for God, they always get really offended and angry! If they didnt 'care' about God then why would the get so upset? I know im going to get alot of negative comments for posting this, but like I said, I will ALWAYS stand up for God and I dont care if your King Tut, I will say what I have to say to any and everybody whenever I feel like it! I believe in God so don't worry you're not alone.

Be tolerant to the atheists, I was told that they were like that because when people have insecurities about themselves they sometimes vent their frustrations by attacking other people's beliefs. Just pray for them and don't let their comments bother you.

However, I must also tell you that this category in Y!A should be the last place you should post a question about your faith when it comes to asking for an answer instead of an opinion.

Maybe you should ask your friends or your community if there are any sites that you can go where you can freely ask questions about your faith.

And to answer your ? Yes most assuredly I do as I was baptized when I was a prodigal 8 and have walked with Jesus ever since.

The thing most people don't get is that Jesus simply was the way, the truth and the life.

He taught by parables but he always honored and respected other religions and didn't force anyone to come to him except by their heart and desire for peace in God's truth and loving wisdom.

You aren't the only one here who puts God first. And, I've been thinking the same thing about this category. Most of the people here just want to pick a fight with somebody from an opposing camp. For instance, you requested that God fearing people only respond to your question, but the entire peanut gallery just has to butt in with cheap shots. I've noticed, too, that the rudest people are here, in Religion and Spirituality. They're just trying to yank your chain, trying to prove they're smart because they carefully weigh the evidence, or the lack of evidence. Don't let it get to you.

Consider looking elsewhere otherwise you run the risk of being like this yourself one day
There is no need to defend God
More than able to take care of Himself
God doesn't need to be feared loved yes feared no
It's fair to say God would be more interested in you making yourself into an even better person than concerning yourself with this rubbish

It seems to me that your statement is rather sweeping bearing in mind you have only been a member of Yahoo Answers since 15 Aug 2007.

You have to give us all a chance and get to know those who answer questions here.

For my part I am a believer. Here at Yahoo as on any site and throughout the entire world there are believers. Most of those believers believe in God but worship him/her in different ways.

Also there are those who don't believe and will say and do anything to undermine those who do believe in God.

I definitely believe. I stake my entire life on my belief in God. Not only belief, but He is my Father and the only person in the world I trust. I don't always defend Him on Answers because many times I feel the Holy Spirit telling me not to "cast my pearls before swine," in other words, do not give precious things to people I don't know, or people who can't receive what I'm extending. Our relationship with God is sacred so I often feel that I don't want to share something that sacred with strangers and/or people who just want to mock me for the sake of mocking me. Honestly, although I applaud your efforts to stand up for God in this forum, there are much better ways to see the Kingdom Advance. We should all be praying that people turn their eyes from vain technology, which is really idolatry and escapism, and turn them towards the Living God! Us included! God bless....

I BEIIEVE IN GOD AND LOVE HIM
I think that many people believe in him is just the they don't show it because they are afraid of doing the right thing
because is not just beliving that will save you, we have to
make many changes in our life and that its the hard part
and people don't want to change,because the satisfaction
they are having now from the rong things they're doing
won't let them change because it is so easy to put your money in the bank insted of donating it to help others
that's just one example you know the rest.
And remember if a house needs a man to be done
why wouldn't we need someone to create us because
we are the best creation on earth, there's got to be someone
upthere and this person gave us the oportunity to choose our
destination and did not make us slaves or robots.

BY THE WAY to fear god doesn't mean that he is bad or cruel
it means to love him an do what he wants us to do. If you love your parents; it is like when they told you not to do anything stuped that will hurt you and you listened to them that's king of fearing to your parent's cause they do know more than you
when your a kid and they love you . It is all about respecting God and Jesus.

I am religiouse but i dont answer a lot of religion questions coz there are too many different religions and no one will ever agree that 1 particular one is the right one for everyone, and aside from that i dont know it all well enough to preach to others. if i am asked then i will answer.

Yes it is full of atheist. And we are being played by just about every question. Don't assume that people are what they say they are on R&S. I only answer to keep myself sharp on these subjects because as i am teaching them I am also learning myself. If I happen to turn one newbee away from atheistic prostylitizing that is just frosting on the cake. I believe in the Living God of Abraham.
