Epistemology for breakfast! (my time zone)
The basic epistemological question being "How do you know that?"
And of course there's no absolutely solid simple answer.
But there are some very good engineering approximations and "work arounds".

Provisional beliefs, balances of probabilities, cultural norms and accepted truths... Levis Strauss's "necessary myths"...

"Truth: A History and a Guide for the Perplexed "
by Felipe Fernandez-Armesto
Is an interesting read in this area.

I'd also recommend, for those theologically inclined,
"Truth Is Stranger Than It Used to Be: Biblical Faith in a Postmodern Age "
by Middleton and Walsh

"All thinking Christians should read this book" says a review comment on the cover of my copy.

I believe I know some things like how to do stuff and how these stuff work, as well as I know I believe in a few things like love, faith, hope and karma.

And yeah there is a vast difference.

I would love to respond to your question, however I do not understand it. Do you believe you know what? Do you know you believe what? What are you asking?

Do I believe grass is green, yes I do. Do I believe that red is blue, no I don't. I do not understand your question. I believe and do not believe many things, however you have not stated the subject of your question. What are you talking about?

I know I believe.

I believe god doesn't exist, but the existence of god is unknowable so I can't say I believe that I know.

I also believe you just came up with a great question.

I know what I believe. It exists independently, believe it or not.

I know what I believe is real. God is real and so is Jesus. God has spared my life many times over, and I knew it the moment He did it.
