Here's the thing: I downloaded this certain anime entitled Paradise Kiss. The download is perfectly great! The audio and video quality is perfect! Nothing was wrong with it. But when I burned it into a VCD (by the way I'm using Nero StartSmart) whenever I enable the full screen mode, the video quality becomes really bad (kinda blurry). However, when I downloaded it, whenever I enable the full screen mode, it still looked perfect. So my question is, how can you prevent this?

VCD is a low resolution option, and if you donwloaded as DivX encoded AVI it might simply be a better resolution.
Also to squeeze a film onto a VCD the enoding it uses is "high level" but not "High quality" VCD uses an older version of MPG coding to DVDs and it is not so good.

I'm afraid VCD weill never be very great quality.
