If you work at a busy place chances are youre really active and moving around alot

The more you drive your car, the more you need to refuel it.

Same thing is going on with your body. Snacking through out the day is ok. Not all of us get the chance to sit down and have a hardy three meals. Just make better choices with your snacks. A packet of crackers is like filling the gas tank of your car with water, its not going to get you far. Pay attention to the nutrition facts.
I have a really busy job myself and lunch is a quick stop at the store in between jobs and I basically have 10 minutes to the next job. I usually suck down some water, grab a protien bar, and a sugar free energy drink and gobble it down while enroute. Granted thats not the best or healthiest meal in the world but I usually do some rough calculations and make my choice based on how much I've burned off and what I need to intake to replenish what I've burned off to get me through the rest of the day.
Also you should try eating before bed.. they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day because you havent eaten in hours. Chances are you dont have time for breakfast like most of us so by the time your up and out the door your body is like "Yo! whats goin' on here"
I drink a shake before bed that has a slow releasing protien. so when I wake up my body is not screaming at me

Also The reason behind hunger pains Isnt just because your stomach is empty. Its because your body is telling you that its running out of important fuels that it needs. Your stomach is kindof like the "go-for guy" guy of your body.
If your moving about, and your legs realize they are running low on something the'll call up to your stomach and say "hey we're running on empty down here, send us some rations" Then your stomach replies "Not a problem. I'll put in a request" The hunger pains are the request.
Ok maybe that wasnt so scientific but maybe helpful to some degree.
Best of luck my hungry friend!

5 FOODS THAT FIGHTS HUNGER PAINS...

Soup. Start with a broth-based soup (rather than higher-calorie cream soups). Add your favorite cut-up veggies, plus a protein such as beans, chicken, or fish, so you have all the elements of an energy-dense, satisfying meal, says Rolls.
Smoothies. If they're made with low-fat yogurt and loads of fruit, you're getting protein, fiber, and calcium, Rolls explains. Smoothies have become a nutritional mainstay.
Pasta primavera. Start with whole-wheat pasta, and then add a bunch of your favorite sautéed veggies, which "can be pretty darn good," Rolls tells WebMD. "The more you increase the proportion of vegetables to pasta, the greater the satiety. We've done a lot of studies with these kinds of mixed casseroles or pasta dishes, and as you add more veggies, you feel fuller."
Popcorn. It's truly energy dense, plus there's the volume effect. "If you have air-popped popcorn (and don't add fat to it), you get a huge amount. That's good because it gives you lots of sensory satisfaction. There's research showing that the perception of eating a whole lot can trick the system," Rolls tells WebMD.
Big salads. A meal-sized salad needs grated cheddar cheese, low-fat dressing, plus an abundance of fruits and veggies to provide satiety, says Zanecosky. "If I just have vinegar and veggies in a salad, I'm not always full two hours later. When you add the cheese and a little dressing, it stays with you."

as far as i know, hunger pain dont strike every hour...it only occurs during meal time. i suspect that the stomach acid goes high that you feel that way, including the dizziness.

there is a complete snack you must try yourself, to stop your stomach from craving food.. either the cereal drink, or oatmeal with milk..oatmeal with milk is heavier than cereal drink. but cereal drink is easier to prepare...

oatmeal with milk can last up to 5 hours staying alive at work, trust me..i'm a workaholic and i dont have much time eating every now and then, it's either of the two and im really to go.

also, eat lots of green and leaffy vegetables (high in fiber) it makes your stomach fuller..and every hour, drink a glass of water to keep u up.

Lately, I've had similar symptoms. I'm being tested for diabetes. Also, drink loads of water. Dehydration can do some strange things to your body. Another thing to check for is ulcers.

You may be Hypoglycemic. You could also have a thyroid problem. I would definately see your doctor about this and take blood tests. Hypoglycemic could take you to a coma. Have your thyroid checked. Anyone in your family with Diabetes?

Iced water will often quell hunger pains - and often your body is actually thirsty, not hungry!
