EDIT::
Thanks for interesting inputs, folks!

Reality may even be 'mislead or blinded' by extreme arrogance, ignorance/unawareness, power, sanity, alcohol or substances. But how do most people going to accept this statement--Nothing Is Real. It will surely cause much disbelief, depression, paranoia and a retreat from Reality, Life?

Everything you see, touch, taste and interact with is real, to you. That's the kicker of it all, Reality is really open for interpretation, because whats real for you isn't necessarily real to me. Personally I try not to discredit really anything that might be real or not, but, honestly, I can't even give you proof positive that I even exist. Sure I think therefore I am... not true. I could only be thinking this because someone else imagined me this way. What can we do about the subject of reality... Well realize reality is subjective and try not to get to caught up in proving anything to be real or not.

Reality, in everyday usage, means "the state of things as they actually exist." [1] The term reality, in its widest sense, includes everything that is, whether or not it is observable or comprehensible. Reality in this sense may include both being and nothingness, whereas existence is often restricted to being (compare with nature).

In the strict sense of philosophy, there are levels or gradation to the nature and conception of reality. These levels include, from the most subjective to the most rigorous: phenomenological reality, truth, fact, and axiom.

Reality can be defined in a way that links it to worldviews or parts of them (conceptual frameworks): Reality is the totality of all things, structures (actual and conceptual), events (past and present) and phenomena, whether observable or not. It is what a worldview (whether it be based on individual or shared human experience) ultimately attempts to describe or map.

It depends on many things, what mood I am in, how much I have had to drink, is the sun shining or is it raining, am I at work or on a day off; it's called life.

Anything I percieve to be real, even if it is just an illusion and I don't know it yet.
