This is not about healthcare per se, but about life expectancy, which is related. Andorra has longest life expectancy. The United States has slipped to 41st.
As for healthcare itself, here's a fairly recent ranking, with 1 being the highest, and six the lowest.

Japan, the women have the longest lives of any country in the world, followed by Icelandic men, then Japanese men. Two out of three ain't bad.

I think Michael Moore says Canada. He definitely doesn't think it's the US, and sadly he's correct about that. I don't know much about Canada's healthcare system. It's also too bad that I don't like Michael Moore...
