I applied at a pretty fancy restaurant as a dishwasher (I'm 15)...I got interviewed by two different people (they overlapped questions..weird) they said they liked my resume, asked questions etc...they talked then came back and told me to come back Monday at 11...that a good sign?

yes I thin that is a good sign, and you know what I think you got the job, they're probably just asking you to come back to fill up some forms and officially offer you the job.

GOOD LUCK!!!
Hope you get the job

If they have told you a specific date and time to come back, that is a very good sign.

Either you are starting the job, going for another job interview, or going through new hire orientation.

I would recommend showing up a few minutes early dressed cleanly and suitably for either an interview or the first day of work. Bring in the documents for the I-9 as the other person mentioned. But also be prepared that you may just be there for another job interview.

I wish you had found out what they want you there for at that time.

By the way, the reason you are asked overlapping questions is so the two interviewers can compare notes.

Not only were they looking at what you answered, but also how you answered (your nonverbal signals).

Yes, a very good sign it may mean they want you to start Monday unless they said second interview. When you go back take two forms of ID, most of us use a drivers license and SS card but passports and other forms work too. Download a I-9 form to see what you might need. If you might take a drug test you shouldn't eat poppy seed muffins starting now but if you do then tell them at the test.
If they want to you start you will be glad if you wore shoes you can stand in the rest of the day, maybe take a long some other clothes and shoes.
I hope they know you are 15 so will have restricted hours and work you can do.

of course it is. 'we'll give you a call' is a bad sign.. them inviting you back is good!

and lots of times they ask the same question twice to make sure your answers are consistant
