Being chased by anything indicates a sense of panic and lack of control. (Life is spinning out of control and you can't figure out what to do.) Give her tasks to do, small chores like decorating ornaments, cookies etc. Give her a sense of responsibility and accomplishment. She deserves lots of praise for her artistic talents! Lots of praise and admiration! Use those "glow sticks" that you crack and then shake out (they last pretty much all night). Let her know that bad dreams don't come around if she has a glow light. Tell her they have special magical powers. They come in pink, blue and yellow so she will enjoy them.

Tell her its just a dream, hold her and tell her dreams can't hurt her, read her nice bedtime stories that would put her mind off such things.
I don't want to sound judgemental or anything but try to find out what might have caused her to dream this. Check out movies/books she might have seen at daycare/friends houses/sunday school that might have scary content.
Dreams are just dreams but they can be freaky real, even become nightmares, so its a good idea to find the cause.
Just as an example, i read a true story about parents whose little girl had nightmares, then they found the reason to be that there was too much talk about demons in sunday school.

According to Dreamcrowd:
To see a pentagram in your dream, represents the connection of your spirit to the earth, air, fire, and water. These elements contribute to various aspect of your well-being. It signifies protection. To see an inverted pentagram, signifies conflict, negativity and aggression. It is often associated with Satanism and evil. Are you feeling guilty about something? Alternatively, it represents the physical world. It points to the notion that you may be on the materialistic side.

In time she may talk about it but I think you are doing the right thing to be attentive and concerned. Try not to force it. Instead comfort her to make feel secure. She could be going through something that has her bothered that much to be dreaming of the devil.
When I was a child I used to dream alot about demons and hell. This was a reflection of my own personal hell in my life as a child or something that I perceived as hellish: my parents bickering almost everyday, my step-father's molestation, problems at school, etc. You get the idea. I'm not suggesting your daughter is going through that.
Perhaps it's best you could take her to a child psychologist or expert. Best wishes to you and your daughter. Namaste.

Check whether she's getting the image or idea either from TV or books. Even kids' cartoon refers to characters like "the Tasmanian devil". Could she be referring to the cartoon character? Its always best not to let the young 'uns mind pickup too much of adult-content horror images like those we easily see in todays media. We used to call it horror but even today we call it reality tv, CSI, etc. The poor kids.
Bring her out for walks, and play nice, comforting music when she sleeps. Read to her if possible. Also, let her watch some homely shows if it helps

Talk to her and ask if she had encountered anyone that scared her or a person who is abnormal to her life. Also, has she seen any scary movies lately?
One evening, hold her and let her know that dreams cannot hurt her. Also if she's scared during a dream, tell her to say "This is just a dream. I can do anything. Devil, go away."
I hope this helps and good luck.

Yes, honestly go out and buy your 4 year old some child movies about Jesus Christ. So she will understand that Jesus is above the devil and loves her and wants to protect her. If your going to fight the devil you will have to do it will the Lord Jesus Christ.

Tell her that it was just a dream- Take her somewhere she gets really happy like a toystore and just tell her you love her too much to not let anything happen to her.

That's pretty bad. Don't have her watch any adult-themed programs.
