Well...maybe if he was actually driving the car and the kiss distracted him to the point that he mashed on the gaspedal or swerved over the line...

Not crime, but might prove disasterous if the car is moving. If the car is not moving, why only smooch, go whole hog. Best luck.

this seems crazy but if you live in certain states this might be against the law. We still have what is called"blue laws" they are laws that nobody enforces but are still in the books. Like in one state(can't remember which one) but ya can't have sex with a porcupine. See that's what I am saying stupid **** like this in the books. Just pull it up on the net and get ya a good laugh.

I think it is. It's like a public indecency or something. Not sure though. This act is only illegal if it's done in a public place I think.

well it's not crime but in india it is not allwed freely i.e if a policemen see u then they can harrase u & u can't sto them, if he's not there u can there is no defined crime
