Heheh... there is no timeline... If you really like each other, keep seeing each other till it comes to you like a flow. When it does, you 2 will sense it & probably have a talk about it... Or maybe no talk but it is understood...

when u both agree, the amount of dates doesn't matter, and u can be with someone before u have ur first kiss, i've been with my long distance bf for a yr and a week and we still haven't kissed! we're gonna see ea other this october tho so i'm hopin lol

When you agree. If he didn't say it, don't count on him to do it. Even then. This is the way of the grown up world. My teenagers tell me that you are bf/gf after a date, but adults don't work this way.

It is as soon as you all agree. It's definitely not after your first kiss. You can go out with someone, without having to kiss them. Eventually you probably will kiss them, but that isn't when your boyfriend/girlfriend relationship starts.
