Yes. Protein before and after a workout promotes muscle growth. While I wouldn't suggest eggs for protien, whey protien is a great source of good quality protien. Look for it at GNC or wherever you get supplements.

You can get salmonella from raw eggs dude, try some whey protein with water, ice and a banana instead.

there's always the risk of salmonella.
best results are with fresh, organic, NON-REGRIDGERATED eggs.
why don't you try one of those protein drinks made from mixed powder and water that you buy from GNC.

Make sure they're free range organic or you stand a good chance of getting salmonella. I really don't think it's all that good for you in any case.
