Yeah!!! For me, it's true because I've already experienced it. Well, i alreday had 5 past boyfriends but they all doesn't work out well because of one thing, I could not stop myself from comparing them all with the first. I still cannot forget him despite of the fact that it has already been 4 years now. Maybe the reason behind is the fact that I am still too young by taht time and I still don't know how to control my emotions and I,ve given him more than enough love I should offer.

You will never forget your first love. Not necessarily "boyfriend". I can tell you... my first boyfriend - that I was with for two years - was not my first love. Because I never loved him. I am very much over him... I will, however, never be over my first love. Thats a whole different story... and we were never boyfriend/girlfriend... just friend for 8 years who were almost like childhood sweethearts. Now, he is the one I will never forget... we never even had sex and still to this day - after 2 years of marriage and a daughter - when I am out somewhere and I see someone who *might* be him but I am not sure, my heart goes pitter patter.

Yes speaking from exprience this is true... its like the first time u ever had sex.. you will always remember coz it was a first encounter lol... I think these days the problem is ppl have tend to compare their first love with all and this could be a problem.

Yes I have been dealing with this for alot of years and I miss him in my life with all my heart and soul. I just hope and pray someday we can be together again. I don't want to make problems for him because he is married and so am I but I hope some day we can be married to each other.I have been in love with him since I was 12 years old and I am now 41.

My first girlfriend was in 3rd grade and I still remember her like it was yesterday.

Also my first steady was throughout high school and beyond (10 years total),she was my first true love and I definitely will never forget her or stop loving her for that matter.

well, *sigh* it IS true, however life goes on and then you just rarely think of them. It's like the 1st damn time you ever tasted pizza, you just NEVER forget it, but it's not like your gonna think of it too much.

My first boyfriend.. I still remember his entire name. We were both 5 years old... 1966.. we had gotten off the school bus and he was singing a song with the refrain, "Baby, baby." I yelled at him, "I am NOT a baby!!" And that was the end of that.

So.. see? I haven't forgotten my first boyfriend. And now I'm 46.
