I have really high expectations in dating even though i've only had 3 boyfriends and i'm 18 and haven't even had sex yet. I have this vision of what i want in a guy and it's totally unachievable. I mean it's like i'm expecting too much. Because i haven't found that guy yet. Anyways is it possible to push an image onto someone you don't even know? Like all the qualities i want in a guy and sort of paste that image onto a random face?

No, it just means that you have respect for yourself and you don't throw yourself at every guy that crosses your path. You should be proud that you have those standards; if you didn't, that would only mean that you don't respect yourself. Sounds like you hold yourself in high esteem. Good for you, more girls need t be like that. : ) It's good that you are pushing the guys away that are not doing it for you, you won't end up settling for someone you don't really care for.

The funny thing about that is that I used to feel the same way, until I met a person who fit almost none of those qualities and competely fell in love with him. I'm not saying have your expectations, just get to know people. You might surprise yourself with who you find.

disappointment so relax and enjoy life or you may find that you will grow old having been married to many times and still you end up alone .
